1. Payment Terms:

3. Dispatch Timeline

Orders will be dispatched within 4 working days or as committed by the sales executive after payment confirmation.

4. Complaints:

No complaints related to the product will be entertained after 15 days from the date of dispatch.

5. Product Weight:

Product weight is checked during packing. Carrier based products may lose weight due to moisture loss.

6. Transportation Damage:

The Company is not responsible for any damage to the product during transportation, as it is not under the company's control. The company will not be liable to fulfill the cost of damage caused during transportation.

8. Quality Control After Dispatch:

Quality control of the products is strictly maintained up to the point of dispatch. However, we do not have control over the products' quality after dispatch.

9. Refunds & Replacements:

  1. a). Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of the order date or before actual processing of order has not started.


  2. b). Products eligible for a refund or replacement must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition as received. Any tempered packaging or product will not be eligible for Refund or replacement.


  3. c). Refunds will be processed within 14 working days after the product has been received and inspected by our team for its quality and quantity.


  4. d). Replacements, if applicable, will be dispatched within 4 working days after the returned product has been received and inspected by our team.


  5. e). Refunds or replacements will not be provided for products damaged during transportation, as this is not under the company's control.


  6. f). In the case of refunds or replacements, the amount issued will be calculated after deducting transportation charges and applicable GST. The adjusted amount will be processed as per the specified terms for refunds and replacements.

10. Official Communication:

All communication with the company must be conducted in written format via email, through the company's recorded phone lines, or via our official WhatsApp API number. Any communication outside of these channels will not be considered valid, and complaints related to such communication will not be entertained. Please note that the official WhatsApp API number will be provided upon request or can be found on our website and other official communication materials.
